Corporate and social responsibility

The company takes seriously its corporate social responsibilities and these underpin the values and culture of the company. We embrace diversity and are clear on our need to treat our staff as individuals with respect, honesty and fairness. 

We are active in the development of links with the local Arts community in Bristol. As members of the Arts and Business Forum we assist local arts organisations with placements of IOP staff to help develop specific business skills. This in turn provides development opportunities for staff.

We are developing our environment policy to ensure we actively engage with and promote these issues. These include initiatives relating to cycle to work scheme, carbon offsetting and recycling.
