IOP Publishing Ltd prefers to engage candidates directly or through a preferred supplier with whom they have a written agreement. Please do not submit or present your candidates through any means (email, fax, phone, mail, verbal referral or any other means) to IOP Publishing Ltd or any employee of IOP Publishing Ltd.
IOP Publishing Ltd will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented after there is a signed agreement in place between IOP Publishing Ltd and the agency. Candidates should only be submitted by agencies in response to a vacancy being placed with them. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to IOP Publishing Ltd by the agency without agreed terms and conditions in place or not in response to a vacancy being placed with them, IOP Publishing Ltd explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the agency.
