And the practical things you'll need to know ...
Our normal hours of work are 35 hours per week, with an hour off for lunch. We work Monday to Friday. We pay you monthly, on the 25th of each month, or the last working day if the 25th falls on a Bank Holiday or weekend. Your salary will be reviewed annually, and any changes normally become effective from 1st January. When you join us, we usually put in place a three month probationary period to make sure we're all getting along well before making things permanent.
